摘　　要：文章基于《黄帝内经》,对疟病的病因、机制、表现、分类传变、治疗进行了全面探究,重点分析其病因与发作机制。疟病的发生由内外病因相互影响而产生,二者缺一不可,在内伏暑耗炽营阴,蒸发腠理,在外风邪、水气相继从腠理侵入机体。疟病的发作与卫气日循于阳,夜入于阴,抵御邪气的生理特性关系密切。其产生寒热往来的实质为卫气、营阴、水气、风邪的虚实更替交错。传变上,起于风疟,循经为六经疟,再次为五脏疟和胃疟。治疗上开创性地提出发作前干预并应用截断法针刺、放血使邪有出路,对现代多种免疫系统疾病的诊断治疗具有指导性作用。Based on the Huangdi Neijing,this paper comprehensively explores the etiology,pathogenesis,manifestations,classification,transmission and treatment of malaria,with the former two as the focus.It is believed that malaria is caused by the interaction of internal and external factors.The internal factor involves the latent summerheat,which consumes and scorches nutrient qi and yin fl uid,evaporates the striae,while the external factors involve the pathogenic wind and moisture,which successively invade the body from the striae.The onset of malaria is closely related to the physiological characteristics of defensive qi,which acts to defend the pathogenic qi by circulating in yang in the daytime and entering yin at night.The essence of the alternating chill and fever is the alternation of deficiency and excess of defensive qi,nutrient qi and yin fl uid,moisture and pathogenic wind.As for its transmission,it starts from wind malaria,followed by six meridians malaria,and then five zang organs malaria and stomach malaria.In terms of its treatment,the paper creatively puts forward a pre attack intervention and applies truncation acupuncture and bloodletting to off er the involved pathogens a way out,which is expected to play a guiding role in the modern diagnosis and treatment of a variety of immune system diseases.
