豉翘清热颗粒联合更昔洛韦对儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染的疗效及免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的 观察豉翘清热颗粒联合更昔洛韦对儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法选取江苏省淮安市妇幼保健院2020年5月-2022年8月收治的58例儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染患儿为对象,采用信封法随机分为对照组27例和观察组31例。对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合豉翘清热颗粒治疗。比较2组症状及体征恢复时间、疗效及不良反应,检测2组T淋巴细胞、Th1/Th2细胞因子的变化。结果 观察组症状及体征恢复时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前T淋巴细胞、Th1/Th2细胞因子组间比较,无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,CD8+、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)下降,观察组治疗后T淋巴细胞、Th1/Th2细胞因子优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.55%(29/31),高于对照组的74.07%(20/27),不良反应发生率为9.68%(3/31),与对照组的7.40%(2/27)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 豉翘清热颗粒联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染可纠正Th1/Th2细胞因子的偏移,调节免疫功能,促进症状和体征的恢复,提高疗效。Objective To observe the curative eff ect of Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of children with an acute viral lower respiratory tract infection and its infl uence on the immune function.Methods A total of 58 children with an acute viral lower respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group(27 cases)and an observation group(31 cases)by the envelope method.The control group was treated with ganciclovir,while the observation group was treated with Chiqiao Qingre Granules on the basis of the control group.The recovery time of symptoms and signs,effi cacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the changes in T lymphocytes and Th1/Th2 cytokines in the two groups were detected.Results The recovery time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in T lymphocytes and Th1/Th2 cytokines between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10),CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were increased in the two groups,while the levels of CD8^(+),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-13(IL-13)were decreased,and the T lymphocyte and Th1/Th2 cytokines in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total eff ective rate of the observation group(93.55%,29/31)was higher than that of the control group(74.07%,20/27),while its adverse reaction rate(9.68%,3/31)was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group(7.40%,2/27)(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of an acute viral lower respiratory tract infection in children,Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with ganciclovir can correct the shift of Th1/Th2 cytokines,regulate the immune function,promote the recovery of symptoms and signs,and
