补肾宁心法配合穴位贴敷治疗排卵障碍性不孕疗效及对卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究补肾宁心方配合穴位贴敷治疗排卵障碍性不孕(AI)的临床疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。方法 选取2018年2月-2021年12月江阴市中医院收治的78例排卵障碍性不孕患者,随机数字表法分为2组,各39例,对照组采用穴位敷贴,观察组在穴位敷贴的基础上联合补肾宁心方进行治疗。治疗3个月经周期后,评估患者疗效等情况。结果 观察组排卵障碍性不孕患者治疗有效率、FSH水平、优势卵泡、妊娠率直径高于对照组(P <0.05);2组治疗后中医主症、次症及总评分均降低(P <0.05),观察组各项评分低于对照(P <0.05);2组治疗后P、LH水平降低,FSH水平升高(P <0.05);观察组P、LH水平、卵巢体积及窦卵泡数量低于对照组;2组治疗后优势卵泡直径增加,卵巢体积减小,窦卵泡数量减少(P <0.05);结论 补肾宁心法配合穴位贴敷能够提高排卵障碍性不孕患者的疗效,改善中医症状及性激素水平,提高子宫容受性,增加排卵,提高患者妊娠率。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Ningxin recipe combined with acupoint application in the treatment of anovulatory infertility(AI)and its effect on the ovarian function.Methods A total of 78 AI patients admitted to the Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group(CG)was treated with acupoint application,while the observation group(OG)was treated with the Bushen Ningxin prescription on the basis of that.After a continuous treatment for three menstrual cycles,the curative effect of the patients was evaluated.Results After treatment,the treatment eff ectiveness,FSH level,dominant follicles and pregnancy rate and diameter in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms,and the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P and LH were decreased while the levels of FSH were increased in both groups(P<0.05).The levels of P and LH,the ovarian volume,and the number of sinus follicles in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the diameter of dominant follicles was increased,while the volume of ovary was decreased,and the number of sinus follicles was decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Bushen Ningxin method combined with acupoint sticking can improve the curative effect of AI patients,improve their TCM symptoms and sex hormone levels,improve the uterine receptivity,increase the ovulation and improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
