防风辨治慢性肝病探析

摘　　要：肝病以慢性病程为主,病情复杂,迁延难愈,变证叠出,给社会和患者造成了极大负担。中医认为慢性肝病的病机以肝脾俱病最为常见,治疗当把握病机要点。防风应风木之象,顺肝性之求,气轻味薄,轻能升散,薄能宣泄,开郁畅气,使郁结散而气血通,血脉和而肝体荣,体用同调,不忘舒脾助运,复其升降,以通为补,胜湿利水,木土兼顾,使疾病有向愈之机,还具有醒脑开玄、祛风止痒等功用特性,一药多能,同时明确了防风的用法用量,为临床高效选用提供参考借鉴,并且结合现代药理研究确证疗效,以期为慢性肝病的治疗提供新的思路。Liver disease,characterized by a chronic course,is complex,lingers over time to be diffi cult to cure,is brimming with syndrome varieties,causing a significant burden to the society and patients.Traditional Chinese medicine argues that chronic liver disease is most commonly caused by injuries in both the liver and the spleen,and its treatment should grasp the key points of its pathogenesis.Divaricate saposhnikovia root corresponds to the manifestations of wind and wood,and conforms to the liver physiological functions.It,mild in nature and taste,can disperse stagnation and activate qi fl ow,harmonizing blood vessels while vitalizing the liver,regulating both the organ and its functions.Simultaneously,the drug can soothe the spleen and assist in its transportation,restoring its ascending and descending functions.Divaricate saposhnikovia root is benefi cial to both the liver and the spleen,so that chronic liver disease can be cured.Besides,it also has multiple functions such as refreshing the mind and activating the liver,dispelling wind and relieving itching.The study also clarifi es the dosage of divaricate saposhnikovia root,providing a reference for its clinical effi cient application,and providing a new idea for the treatment of chronic liver disease.
