“调脾法”调节溃疡性结肠炎肠道菌群研究进展

摘　　要：“调脾法”在《外科正宗》应用极为广泛,对于溃疡性结肠炎(UC)这种病因不明确的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病来说,通过调理脾胃达到调理肠道菌群丰富度的目的,从而干预溃疡性结肠炎疾病发生发展。在治疗过程中按照UC发病机制判定肠道菌群失调的病因病机,总结近年来根据《外科正宗》应用健脾、燥湿、清热等一系列“调脾法”对UC肠道菌群失调过程中起到关键性作用,将中医中药广泛应用到炎症肠病临床中去,利用中医药优势在防治UC的医学研究道路上提供新思路。The"spleen-regulating methods"are widely used in the Orthodox Manual of External Diseases,which can achieve the goal of regulating the richness of intestinal flora through regulating the spleen and the stomach,so as to interfere with the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis(UC),a chronic non-specifi c intestinal infl ammatory disease with an unknown etiology.As for its treatment,it is advised that the etiology and pathogenesis of intestinal flora imbalance be determined according to the pathogenesis of UC.This paper summarizes the key roles in the treatment of UC intestinal fl ora imbalance by applying a series of"spleen-regulating methods"in recent years,such as invigorating the spleen,eliminating dampness and clearing heat,according to the Orthodox Manual of External Diseases,aiming to widely apply traditional Chinese medicine to the clinical treatment of infl ammatory bowel diseases,and to exploit its advantages to the full.
