大件运输桥梁通行安全快速初筛算法研究

摘　　要：针对传统方法以有限元计算进行大件运输通行安全评估效率较低的问题,通过车型变量整合及计算,提出了以作用长度和荷载集度作为主要变量的大件运输模拟计算方法。分析了牵引车形式和线荷载模拟对计算结果的影响,明确了内力结果修正值。采用统计方法确定了9类控制桥型,设计了试算工况,对大件运输荷载与设计荷载内力最大比值的试算结果进行了数值拟合,提出了最大比值拟合计算公式,形成了大件运输通行安全快速初筛算法。分别针对单车板和双车板大件运输装载方案进行了实例验证,明确了算法的误差以及适应性。使用uni-app框架,开发了“大件运输通行安全快速初筛”微信小程序。结果表明:已选择的控制桥型,不会降低大件运输通行安全评估的控制标准;以作用长度和荷载集度作为主要变量的大件运输模拟计算方法,在结果修正后可以满足计算误差要求;以常用的Poly2D函数进行非线性曲面拟合,形成的最大比值拟合计算公式满足大件运输通行安全初筛的要求,当各控制桥型内力最大比值中的最大值小于控制标准时可认为满足安全通行条件,大于控制标准时需进行有限元计算以进一步确定通行可行性;快速初筛算法针对双车板大件运输装载方案的误差大于单车板,通行安全评估控制更为严格,适应性低。In view of the low efficiency in assessing the safety of large cargo transport using finite element calculation,the simulation calculation method for large cargo transport with the action length and load density as the main variables is proposed through the integration and calculation of vehicle variables.The influence of tractor form and line load simulation on the calculation result is analyzed,and the corrected value of internal force is defined.Nine control bridge types are determined by statistical method,the trial calculation conditions are designed,the trial calculation result of the maximum ratio of large cargo transport load to design internal force of load are numerical fitted,the fitting calculation formula of the maximum ratio is proposed,thus the rapid preliminary screening algorithm for large cargo transport safety is formed.The loading schemes of large cargo transport by single flatbed and double flatbeds are verified by examples,and the error and adaptability of the algorithm are clarified.The WeChat mini-program of“rapid preliminary screening system for large cargo transport safety”is developed based on the uni-app framework.The result shows that the(1)The selected control bridge type will not reduce the control criterion for the safety assessment of large cargo transport.(2)The simulation calculation method of large cargo transport with the action length and load density as the main variables can meet the calculation error requirement after the result is corrected.(3)The maximum ratio fitting calculation formula formed by nonlinear surface fitting with the commonly used Poly2D function meets the requirements of the preliminary screening for safety of large cargo transport.When the maximum value in the maximum internal force ratio of each control bridge type is less than the control criterion,it can be considered to meet the safety transport conditions,while when it is greater than the control criterion,it is necessary to conduct finite element calculation to further determine the transport f
