液晶面板显影液废水中常见物质对TMAH厌氧降解的影响

摘  要:四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)是薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT-LCD)生产过程中所产生显影液废水的主要成分,具有强碱性和生物毒性。为研究显影液废水中常见物质对TMAH厌氧生物降解的影响,文中选取实际显影液废水中常见的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和硫酸盐作为研究对象,分别考察了其对TMAH厌氧去除和生成产物的影响。批次试验结果表明,质量浓度为500~3000 mg/L的DMSO和质量浓度为50~1000 mg/L的DMAC对TMAH的厌氧去除无明显影响;较高质量浓度(300~2000 mg/L)的NMP会抑制TMAH及中间产物三甲胺的降解,引起三甲胺的累积;硫酸盐(100~2000 mg/L)会抑制TMAH的降解,导致中间产物积累。且这4种物质都对产甲烷菌的活性具有抑制作用,进而导致甲烷产量降低。研究结论可为实际显影液废水厌氧处理的工艺设计提供理论参考依据。Tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH)is the main component of the developer wastewater produced in the production process of thin film transistor liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD),which has strong alkalinity and biological toxicity.In order to study the effect of common substances in developer wastewater on the anaerobic biodegradation of TMAH,this study selected DMSO,NMP,DMAC and sulfate in actual wastewater of LCD panel developer as the research objects,their effects on the anaerobic removal of TMAH and intermediates were investigated,respectively.The batch test results showed that DMSO with a mass concentration of 500~3000 mg/L and DMAC with a mass concentration of 50~1000 mg/L had no significant effect on the anaerobic removal of TMAH.Higher mass concentrations(300~2000 mg/L)of NMP inhibited the degradation of TMAH and the intermediate product trimethylamine,thereby causing the accumulation of trimethylamine.Sulfate(100~2000 mg/L)inhibited the degradation of TMAH,resulting in the accumulation of intermediates.And these four substances had inhibitory effects on the activity of methanogens,resulting in a decrease in methane production.The results provided a theoretical reference for the process design of actual developer wastewater anaerobic treatment.
