摘 要:针对现有规范缺乏针对海冰引起的结构疲劳损伤的评估方法与建议,基于实测的老龄平台结构冰振响应特征分析结果,在冰厚、冰速、冰向等方面开展数值模拟,建立平台上部振动响应与导管架热点应力间的数学关系,依据安全寿命分析法提出一种基于现场实测的导管架平台冰振疲劳损伤评估方法。选取我国渤海辽东湾Jz20-2海域某导管架平台进行实例分析,针对不同时段的冰振实测数据,采用本方法确定热点应力标准差、循环次数和相应的疲劳损伤,并与谱分析法得到的疲劳损伤进行对比,验证本方法的合理性。In view of the lack of evaluation methods and suggestions for structural fatigue damage caused by sea ice in existing codes,based on the measured ice vibration response characteristics of the aging platform structure,the numerical simulations in terms of ice thickness,ice speed and ice direction are carried out,and the mathematical relationship between the vibration response of the upper part of the platform and the hot spot stress of the structure is established.Based on the safety life analysis method,a method is proposed for evaluating the ice vibration-induced fatigue damage of jacket platforms based on field monitoring.Taken the Jz20-2 jacket platform in the Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea as an example,according to the measured data of ice vibration in different periods,the method is used to determine the hot spot stress standard deviation,cycle times and the corresponding fatigue damage,and the results are compared with the fatigue damage calculated by spectrum analysis method.The outcome of this study verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
