武陟县2018-2022年法定传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析武陟县2018-2022年法定传染病疫情。法定传染病疫情形势及流行特征,为制订防控策略提供理论依据。方法对2018-2022年武陟县法定传染病疫情进行描述性流行病学分析。采用SPSS22.0软件进行分析。结果2018-2022年武陟县无甲类传染病报告,报告乙类、丙类传染病共28种,发病人数15641例;2018年发病率558/10万(67.03万),死亡4例(HIV,年龄超60岁,农民)、2019年发病率523/10万(67.33万)、2020年发病率555/10万、2021年发病率355/10万(71.4万);2018年-2022年发病种类多以其他感染性腹泻病例、手足口病、乙肝、水痘等为主,其中其它感染性腹泻病总体发病率最高;发病人群以农民、学生、散居、幼托儿童为主;发病率2018-2020年有所上升,但2020-2022趋于下降。结论武陟县法定传染病年均报告发病率目前有所降低,今后仍需加强其他如感染性腹泻病例、手足口病、乙肝、水痘等疾病的监测和防控力度,重视艾滋病等性传播疾病的防控宣传和干预;应针对高发、发病上升趋势明显的传染病根据我县实际点出发分析,落实各项综合防治措施,将传染病的发病率持续进行控制至低发水平。Objective To explore and analyze the notifiable disease outbreaks of 2018-2022 in Wuzhi county.The situation and epidemic characteristics of notifiable diseases should provide a theoretical basis for the development of prevention and control strategies.Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the outbreak of notifiable diseases in Wuzhi county from 2018 to 2022.Analyses were performed with SPSS22.0.Results No cases of class A infectious diseases were reported in Wuzhi county from 2018 to 2022,and a total of 28 types of class B and class C infectious diseases were reported,with an incidence of 15641 cases.Incidence 558 per 100000(6703000)in 2018 with four deaths(HIV,aged≥60 years,farmers),incidence 523 per 100000(6733000)in 2019,incidence 555 per 100000 in 2020,incidence 355 per 100000(714000)in 2021;Most cases of infectious diarrhea,HFMD,hepatitis B and varicella occurred in 2018-2022.Other infectious diarrheal diseases have the highest overall incidence;the incidence population was dominated by farmers,students,diaspora,young children;Incidence rates increased in 2018-2020,but tended to decrease in 2020-2022.Conclusions The annual reported incidence of notifiable diseases in Wuzhi county is currently reduced,and in the future,it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and prevention efforts for other diseases,such as infectious diarrhea cases,hand-foot-mouth disease,hepatitis B,and chickenpox,and to pay more attention to the prevention and control campaigns and interventions for STIs,such as HIV.It should be aimed at the infectious diseases with high incidence and obvious rising trend according to the actual point of analysis in our county,and all comprehensive control measures should be implemented to continuously control the incidence of infectious diseases to a low incidence level.
