摘　　要：现如今大多数无机颜料含有Cd、Co、Cr、Hg等有毒元素,它们在使用过程中的析出会对环境和人体健康造成危害,所以需要研发环境友好型颜料来替代含有有毒元素的无机红色料。通过一定的工艺流程制备出一系列化学式为Ce_(0.95)Sn_(x)Pr_(0.05-x)O_(2)(x范围为0~0.05)的颜料,得到的颜料颜色从深红色到砖红色再到浅白黄色,合成的颜料应用于彩色氧化锆陶瓷中,得到橙黄色至淡黄色到浅白黄色的陶瓷片样品。陶瓷样品的维氏硬度在11.33~12.97 GPa之间,断裂韧性在5.8~6.5 MPa·m^(1/2)之间;L*均在80以上,b*在19.5以上。结果表明:合成的红色颜料颜色饱满可调,可以成为传统有毒颜料的替代品;得到的氧化锆陶瓷样品均为纯四方相氧化锆,以化学式Ce_(0.95)Sn_(0.01)Pr_(0.04)O_(2)为颜料合成的陶瓷样品颜色显示效果最好(L*=83.81、a*=6.47、b*=31.77)。Nowadays,most inorganic pigments contain toxic elements such as Cd,Co,Cr and Hg.Their precipitation in the process of use will cause harm to the environment and human health.Therefore,it is necessary to develop environment-friendly pigments to replace inorganic red materials containing toxic elements.In this paper,a series of pigments with chemical formula Ce_(0.95)Sn_(x)Pr_(0.05-x)O_(2)(x=0~0.05)were prepared through a certain process flow.The obtained pigment colors ranged from dark red to brick red and then to light white yellow.The synthesized pigment was applied to colored zirconia ceramics to obtain ceramic samples from orange yellow to light yellow to light white yellow.The Vickers hardness of ceramic samples was between 11.33 GPa and 12.97 GPa,and the fracture toughness was 5.8 MPa·m^(1/2) to 6.5 MPa·m^(1/2);L*was above 80 and b*was above 19.5.The results showed that the synthesized red pigment had full and adjustable color,and could become a substitute for traditional toxic pigments.The obtained zirconia ceramic samples were pure tetragonal zirconia,and the ceramic samples synthesized with chemical formula Ce_(0.95)Sn_(0.01)Pr_(0.04)O_(2) as pigment had the best color display effect(L*=83.81,a*=6.47,b*=31.77).
