摘  要:以ASM2D模型为基础、STOAT软件为工具,对改良DAT-IAT工艺进行外回流比、内回流比、DAT池DO质量浓度、温度单因素模拟实验。结果表明:外回流比对NH_(4)^(+)-N与TN去除成正相关,对TP去除成负相关;在一定范围内,内回流比与出水NH_(4)^(+)-N与TN去除成正相关;DAT池DO质量浓度对出水NH_(4)^(+)-N去除成正相关,对出水TN去除成负相关;当进水温度在10~16℃范围时,出水NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP出现不达标的情况。根据4因素5水平正交试验,分析确定了各影响因素对工艺出水水质的显著性大小和最佳工况。分析表明,当外回流比为140%、内回流比为150%、DAT池DO质量浓度为2.0 mg·L^(-1)、温度为22℃时为改良DAT-IAT工艺的最优组合,在该条件下模拟时段内的工艺出水水质均满足一级A标准。Based on the ASM2D model and using the STOAT software as a tool,single factor simulation experiments of external reflux ratio,internal reflux ratio,DO concentration in DAT pool and temperature were carried out for the improved DAT-IAT process.The results showed that the external reflux ratio was positively correlated with the removal of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN,and negatively correlated with the removal of TP;Within a certain range,the internal reflux ratio was positively correlated with the removal of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN in the effluent;The DO mass concentration of the DAT pool had a positive correlation with the effluent NH_(4)^(+)-N,a negative correlation with the removal of TN in the effluent;When the inlet water temperature was in the range of 10~16℃,the NH℃4+-N and TP in the effluent were not up to the standard.According to the orthogonal test of 4 factors and 5 levels,the significance of each influencing factor on the quality of process effluent and the optimal working conditions were determined.The analysis results showed that when the external reflux ratio was 140%,the internal reflux ratio was 150%,the DO mass concentration in the DAT tank was 2.0 mg·L^(-1),and the temperature was 22℃,it was the optimal combination of the improved DAT-IAT process.The quality of the effluent of the process all met the Class A standard.
