改性硅藻土对液态聚羧酸减水剂的吸附性能研究

摘  要:为了探讨改性前后硅藻土的吸附性能差异,选用溶胶凝胶法和高温酸改法对硅藻土进行改性处理,研究改性前后硅藻土对液态聚羧酸减水剂的吸附性能。结果表明:高温酸改法改性硅藻土试验中,当焙烧温度为500℃、焙烧时间为120 min、盐酸溶液浓度为2.5 mol·L^(-1)时,改性效果最佳;溶胶凝胶法改性的硅藻土对液态聚羧酸减水剂的吸附量大于高温酸改法,溶胶凝胶法改性试验因素对试验指标影响程度由大到小顺序为温度、浓度、时间;吸附动力学证明,硅藻土吸附液态聚羧酸减水剂的行为过程符合速率控制步骤,吸附过程由外部传质控制。In order to explore the difference in the adsorption properties of diatomite before and after modification,the sol-gel method and high temperature acid modification method were used to modify diatomite,and the adsorption performance of liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer on diatomite before and after modification was studied.The results showed that,in the high-temperature acid modification method modified diatomite test,when the calcination temperature was 500,the calcination time℃was 120 min,and the concentration of hydrochloric acid solution was 2.5 mol·L^(-1),the modification effect was the best.The adsorption capacity of diatomite modified by sol-gel method for liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer was greater than that of high-temperature acid modification method;The influence degree of sol-gel modification test factors from strong to weak on the test index was as follows:temperature,concentration,time;The adsorption kinetics proved that diatomite adsorption behavior process of the liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer conformed to the rate control step,and the adsorption process was controlled by external mass transfer.
