猪胆汁中胆红素提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：以猪胆汁为原料,利用水解法提取胆红素,研究抗氧剂用量、碱水解pH、水解温度、保温时间和酸化pH等单因素对胆红素的提取率和含量影响。结果表明:用水解法提取胆红素的最佳条件是:抗氧剂用量为0.5%,碱水解pH 11.0~11.5,水解温度75~80℃,保温时间10 min,酸化pH 5.5~6.0,胆红素的提取率为95%,含量大于98.0%。Bilirubin was extracted from pig bile by hydrolysis.The effects of antioxidant dosage,alkaline hydrolysis pH,hydrolysis temperature and time,acidification pH on the extraction rate and content of bilirubin were studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of bilirubin by hydrolyzing method were as follows:dosage of antioxidant was 0.5%,pH of alkaline hydrolysis was 11.0~11.5,hydrolysis temperature was 75~80℃,time was 10 min,pH of acidification was 5.5~6.0,the extraction rate of bilirubin was 95%,the content was more than 98.0%.
