摘 要:辽河油区冬季低温对油基钻井液的有机土成胶率以及流变性能会造成很大的影响,导致施工不顺利而影响钻井进度。因此为满足辽河油区冬季钻井需求,通过筛选抗低温油基钻井液基础油、乳化剂以及有机土,建立了新型抗低温油基钻井液配方:基础油+4%乳化剂+CaCl2溶液+3%有机土+4%CaO+3%超细碳酸钙+3%降滤失剂+0.5%润湿剂+重晶石。同时对其性能进行了室内评价。结果表明:新型抗低温油基钻井液体系在-20℃情况下流变性较好;静置24 h,仍保持流动性;具有较强的抗污染性能。现场应用结果表明,抗低温油基钻井液性能稳定,具有较强的抗低温能力。The low temperature of winter in Liaohe oil region has a great influence on the organic clay gelling rate and rheological property of oil-base drilling fluid,which leads to the construction failure and affects the drilling progress.In order to meet the requirements of winter drilling in Liaohe oil region,a new low-temperature resistant oil-base drilling fluid formula was established by screening the base oil,emulsifier and organic clay:base oil+4%emulsifier+CaCl2 solution+3%organic clay+4%CaO+3%filtrate reducer+0.5%wetting agent+barite.At the same time,the performance of the new low temperature resistant oil-based drilling fluid system was evaluated in laboratory.The experimental results showed that the rheology of the new low temperature resistant oil-based drilling fluid system was good at-20℃Standing for 24 h,liquidity could be still maintained;It had strong anti-pollution performance.The application results showed that the low temperature resistant oil base drilling fluid had stable properties and strong low temperature resistance.
