摘  要:FCC汽油是我国成品汽油的主要调和组分。近些年汽油标准升级的脚步逐渐加快,推动了汽油脱硫技术的不断开发和更新。目前市场上主流的汽油脱硫技术主要包括选择性加氢脱硫技术、加氢脱硫-辛烷值恢复组合技术以及吸附脱硫技术。对这3类汽油脱硫技术从原理、流程以及应用上进行介绍,并从中选择3种典型技术进行对比分析,总结不同技术的优缺点,希望能够为炼厂选择汽油脱硫技术提供参考和借鉴。FCC gasoline is the main blending component of finished gasoline in China.In recent years,the pace of upgrading gasoline standards has gradually accelerated,which has promoted the continuous development and update of gasoline desulfurization technology.At present,the mainstream gasoline desulfurization technology mainly includes selective hydrodesulfurization technology,hydrodesulfurization-octane number recovery combination technology and adsorption desulfurization technology.In this paper,the principle,process and application of these three kinds of gasoline desulfurization technologies were mainly introduced,and three typical technologies were selected for comparative analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies were summarized,hoping to provide reference for refinery to choose gasoline desulfurization technology.
