摘  要:管道输送是天然气运输的重要运输方式,节能降耗是天然气管输亟需解决的问题。分析天然气管输系统和设备能耗情况,从直接能耗和间接能耗两方面,综述管输天然气节能降耗措施如下:①合理选择压缩机组及其驱动方式,优化压缩机组运行工况,定期维护保养,降低压缩机组能耗;②采用高压输气、降低输气温度、管内壁涂减阻内涂层、合理的设备和管道路由等措施降低输气管道摩阻损失;③采取措施预防输气管道泄漏和减小天然气放空量,降低间接能耗;④融合大数据分析、天然气管网仿真、人工智能等技术,做好管输系统分析预测,优化运行及决策方案;⑤利用回收余热、余压以及利用新能源等措施,提高能源利用率。上述节能降耗措施对天然气管输的节能降耗、降低运营成本具有重要借鉴意义。Pipeline transportation is an important transportation method for natural gas transportation.Energy saving and consumption reduction are urgent problems to be solved in natural gas pipeline transportation.The energy consumption of natural gas pipeline transportation system and equipment was analyzed from the two aspects of direct energy consumption and indirect energy consumption,the measures for energy saving and consumption reduction of natural gas pipeline transportation were summarized as follows:①In order to reduce the energy consumption of the compressor unit,the compressor unit and its driving mode should be reasonably selected,the operating conditions of the compressor unit should be optimized,and regular maintenance should be carried out;②Measures such as high-pressure gas transmission,lowering the gas transmission temperature,coating the inner wall of the pipe with a drag-reducing inner coating,and reasonable equipment and pipeline routing should be used to reduce the friction loss of the gas transmission pipeline;③Measures to prevent the gas leakage of natural gas pipelines and reduce natural gas venting should be taken to decrease indirect energy consumption;④Integrate technologies such as big data analysis,natural gas pipeline network simulation,artificial intelligence should be used to analyze and predict the pipeline transportation system,and propose optimal operation and decision-making plans;⑤waste heat and waste pressure should be recycled and new energy should be used to improve energy utilization.The above measures to reduce energy consumption have important reference significance for energy conservation,consumption reduction and operation cost reduction of natural gas pipeline transportation.
