摘 要:高含硫页岩油伴生气中含有大量的H_(2)S,现有的脱硫处理工艺效果较差,成本较高,外输天然气及产出液中仍含有较多H_(2)S。基于现有的络合铁脱硫工艺,结合运行生产数据,通过HYSYS软件模拟实际操作情况,优化脱硫工艺中的关键参数,进行脱硫方案经济计算,形成一套适合高含硫页岩油伴生气脱硫工艺脱硫处理工艺方案。结果表明:当[Fe^(3+)]=0.050~0.056 mol/L、[Ln^(-)]/[Fe^(3+)]=1.4∶1,吸收液pH值取8.0~9.2,装置中停留时间为2.5~2.8 s,液气比8.0~8.2 L/m3脱硫效果最佳;改造后的工艺投资约2199万元,产生的经济效益约317.5万元/年,投资回收期约6.92年。The associated gas of high sulfur shale oil contains a large amount of H_(2)S.The existing desulfurization treatment process has poor effect and high cost.The natural gas and produced liquid still contain more H_(2)S.Based on the existing complex iron desulfurization process,combined with the operation and production data,HYSYS software was used to simulate the actual operation,the key parameters in the desulfurization process were optimized,and the economic calculation of the desulfurization scheme was carried out,so as to form a set of desulfurization treatment process scheme suitable for the desulfurization process of high sulfur shale oil associated gas.The results showed that when Fe^(3+)concentration was 0.050~0.056 mol·L-1 and[Ln^(-)]/[Fe^(3+)]=1.4∶1,the pH value of the absorption solution was 8.0~9.2,the residence time in the device was 2.5~2.8 s,and the liquid-gas ratio was 8.0~8.2 L·m^(-3),the desulfurization effect was the best;After the transformation,the process investment was about 21.99 million Yuan,the economic benefit was about 3.175 million Yuan per year,and the investment payback period was about 6.92 years.
