摘 要:针对胜利油田东一含聚污水处理站现有重力自然除油处理工艺不能满足含聚污水的处理需求,而采用加药混凝重力沉降工艺处理含聚污水又会带来产生大量含聚污泥等处置难题,开展多流态梯级强化气浮法物理法除油工艺室内模拟试验研究,确定了多流态梯级强化气浮除油器在最佳运行参数:循环压力为0.11 MPa、气水比为4.17下,原水含油3684.00 mg/L,含聚量184 mg/L时,一级多流态梯级强化气浮工艺出水含油量为110 mg/L,两级气浮出水出水含油量为50 mg/L,除油率为98.6%。实现了含聚污水的物理法高效除油,处理过程中,除去的原油全部回收,无污泥产生,应用前景广阔。In view of the fact that the existing gravity natural oil removal treatment process of Shengli Oilfield Dongyi Polymer-containing Sewage Treatment Station cannot meet the treatment requirements of polymer-containing sewage,and the use of chemical-added coagulation gravity sedimentation process to treat polymer-containing sewage will produce a large amount of aggregate-containing sludge,in order to solve the problems,the indoor simulation test of the multi-flow state cascade enhanced air flotation degreasing process was carried out,and the optimal operating parameters of the multi-flow state cascade enhanced air flotation oil degreaser were determined as follows:the circulation pressure was 0.11 MPa,the gas-water ratio was 4.17,the oil content of the raw water was 3684.00 mg·L-1,and the polymer content was 184 mg·L-1.Under above conditions,the oil content of the effluent from the first-stage multi-flow step enhanced air flotation process was 110 mg·L-1,and the oil content of the effluent from the two-stage air flotation process was 50 mg·L-1,the oil removal rate was 98.6%.The efficient oil removal of polymer-containing sewage by physical method was realized.During the treatment process,all the removed crude oil was recovered,no sludge was generated,and the application prospect was broad.
