摘 要:油纸绝缘结构的老化状态基本上可以反映变压器整体的老化状态,研究油纸绝缘老化状态评估对变压器寿命的预测具有重要意义,但国内外针对热稳定纸与植物绝缘油应用于油纸复合绝缘系统后的产气状况研究很少。对Nomex纸-矿物油与Nomex纸-植物油绝缘试样分别进行了加速热老化试验,对2类组合试品在热老化过程中的产气规律和气体组分进行了研究。研究结果表明,在同等热老化条件下,Nomex绝缘纸在植物绝缘油中的产气量显著高于矿物绝缘油中的产气量;Nomex绝缘纸在矿物绝缘油中产生最多的特征气体为CH_(4),在植物绝缘油中为C_(2)H_(6).应用DGA三比值法对Nomex纸-矿物油与Nomex纸v植物油的绝缘状况进行了诊断判别,指出Nomex绝缘纸-矿物油的判别结果与实际状况相符,而Nomex纸-植物油的判别结果不完全符合实际状况,为今后采用新型油-纸绝缘系统变压器的诊断提供了一定的参考。As the aging state of oil paper insulation structure can basically reflect the whole aging state of transformers,it is of great significance to study the aging state evaluation of oil paper insulation for the prediction of a transformer1 s life.However,there are fiew studies on the gas production status of thermally upgraded paper and vegetable insulating oil applied to oil-paper composite insulation systems at home and abroad.Nomex paper-mineral oil and Nomex paper-vegetable oil insulation samples are respectively subjected to accelerated thermal aging tests and the gas production laws and gas composition of the two kinds of composite samples during thermal aging process are studied.The results show that the gas production of Nomex insulation paper in vegetable insulating oil is significantly higher than that in mineral insulating oil on the same thermal aging condition.And the most characteristic gas produced in mineral insulating oil is CH_(4)while that produced in vegetable insulating oil is C_(2)H_(6).The insulation status of Nomex paper-mineral oil and Nomex paper-vegetable oil is diagnosed and judged with DGA three-ratio method.It is pointed out that the identification results of Nomex insulating paper-mineral oil are consistent with the actual situation while the results of Nomex paper-vegetable oil are not consistent with the actual situation,which provides certain reference for the diagnosis of transformers with the new type of oil-paper insulation system in the future.
