摘  要:随着高品位矿产资源的日益减少,低品位矿产资源不断地应用,碎磨和选矿成本持续上升。在矿石入磨前采用智能分选装备抛出低品位矿石和废石,提高矿石入磨品位,可以显著降低磨矿成本。X射线分选机用于预选抛废,在节省成本、改善企业能源利用结构、改善环境情况、提高入选边界品位、延长企业服务年限具有积极作用。本文着重介绍了X射线透射分选机、X射线辐射分选机的发展历程与研究现状,包括设备工作流程,设备各系统原理与特点,国内代表性厂家设备的预选试验结果。With the decreasing high-grade mineral resources and the continuous application of low-grade mineral resources,the cost of grinding and mineral processing continues to rise.Using intelligent sorting equipment to throw out low-grade ore and waste rock in ore grinding can significantly reduce the grinding cost by improving the grinding grade of ore.The X-ray separator is used for pre-selection and waste disposal,which plays a positive role in saving costs,improving the energy utilization structure of enterprises,improving the environmental situation,improving the selection of cut-off grade and prolonging the service life of enterprises.This paper mainly introduces the development course and research status of X-ray transmission sorter and X-ray radiation sorter,including the working process of the equipment,the principles and characteristics of each system of the equipment,and the pre-selection test results of the equipment of representative domestic manufacturers.
