摘  要:随着互联网的发展,人们的消费方式和消费观念发生了巨大变化,传统零售向线上线下双融合的新零售转变是大势所趋,作为全球最大的会员制零售企业,山姆会员店在新形势下将迎来新的发展机遇与挑战。本文以山姆会员店为研究对象,运用波特五力模型剖析新零售背景下山姆会员店竞争力的提升及现存问题,并提出应对策略,以期为传统零售业转型升级提供参考。With the development of the Internet,people’s consumption patterns and consumption concepts have undergone tremendous changes.The transformation from traditional retail to new retail with online and offl ine ways is the general trend.As the world’s largest retail enterpreis with a system of membership,Sam’s Club will usher in new development opportunities and challenges under the new situation.This paper takes Sam’s Club as the research object,uses Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the improvement of competitiveness of and existing problems of Sam’Club under the background of new retail,and then puts forward countermeasures for traditional retail in its transformation and upgrading.
