数字普惠金融对农村新消费的影响机制与路径研究

摘　　要：拉动农村消费水平是克服我国金融服务地域限制的重要手段,而数字普惠金融是金融服务稳步迈入农村领域的关键。数字普惠金融的全新服务形式可以改变农村主流的消费形式,在便利农民金融消费、实现农民消费随时随地可视化的基础上,有效缓解农村信贷约束问题,降低农民对金融消费的偏见,以刺激农民拓展消费视野。但要维系数字普惠金融的特殊效用,需要金融服务行业积极完善服务体系和产品质量,在充分满足农民需求的基础上扩大数字普惠金融的影响力,以争取更多农村用户,也要积极建设金融相关基础设施,为农民消费保驾护航,更要带动农村多个产业的协调发展,从多个角度提高农民收入,以塑造可持续长远发展的农民消费新格局。Pulling up rural consumption is an important means to overcome the geographical limitations of fi nancial services in China,and digital inclusive finance is a key for financial services to steadily move into rural areas.New service forms of digital inclusive fi nance can change the mainstream consumption forms in rural areas,facilitate farmers’fi nancial consumption and visualize their consumption anytime and anywhere,eff ectively alleviate the problem of rural credit constraints and reduce farmers’prejudice against financial consumption to stimulate farmers to expand their consumption horizon.However,to maintain the special utility of digital inclusive fi nance,the fi nancial service industry needs to actively improve the service systems and product quality,expand the infl uence of digital inclusive fi nance based on fully satisfying farmers’needs to win more rural users,actively build fi nance-related infrastructure to protect farmers’consumption interests,and drive the coordinated development of multiple industries in rural areas to improve farmers’income from multiple perspectives to shape the new pattern of farmers’consumption in its sustainable and long-term development.
