摘　　要：浙江义乌以“市场采购”为引领,不断探索推动贸易方式、业态、制度和模式的集成创新,市场采购贸易方式经过十余年的市场化运行仍存在一些发展难题。本文聚焦中小微企业痛点堵点,义乌依托数字化改革推动市场采购贸易方式迭代升级,以“一码贯通、四单对碰”为切口,创新机制、重塑业务流程,形成交易、履约、金融、监管四大应用场景,构建小商品数字自贸应用,着力推动小商品贸易全链条数字化集成迭代,实现贸易方式升级、贸易规则创新、贸易制度重塑。Led by“market procurement”,Yiwu,Zhejiang continues to explore and promote the integrated innovation of trade modes,formats,systems and models.After more than a decade of market-oriented operation with the trade mode of market procurement,there are still some development problems.This article focuses on small and mediumsized enterprises’difficulties.Yiwu relies on digital reforms to promote the upgrading of the trade mode of market procurement,starts with the system of all-purpose code and the integration of orders,payment bills,logistics lists and warehouse receipts,innovates mechanisms,reshapes the business processes,forms the four application scenarios of transactions,performance,finance,supervision,develops commodities digital free trade applications,and focuses on promoting the digital integration of the whole chain of commodity trade iterations,to achieve the upgrading of trade modes,the innovation of trade rules,and trade systems reshaping.
