摘　　要：为了探索有效的投资风险防范策略,保障我国企业更稳地“走出去”,本文首先构建包含东道国政府、我国企业和当地公众的三方演化博弈模型分析演化博弈实现均衡的条件;其次,基于Vensim软件构建演化博弈模型,并进行数值仿真分析,提炼出尽快实现理想的稳定博弈状态的对策;最后,从企业和政府层面提出了政策建议,以供参考。In order to explore effective investment risk prevention strategies and ensure that Chinese enterprises can"go global"more steadily,this article first constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model that includes the host country government,Chinese enterprises,and the local public to analyze the conditions for achieving equilibrium in the evolutionary game;Secondly,based on Vensim software,an evolutionary game model is constructed and numerical simulation analysis is conducted to extract strategies for achieving an ideal stable game state as soon as possible;Finally,policy recommendations were proposed from both the corporate and government levels for reference.
