摘 要:以辉沸石为填料,将其加入到尼龙6(PA6)中制备PA6基调湿材料,分别对比了辉沸石和硅藻土改性PA6基调湿材料的调湿性能,测试了这两种材料24 h放吸比(相对湿度50%条件下24 h放湿率与相对湿度75%条件下24 h吸湿率之比)。同时,测试了不同含量辉沸石改性PA6、聚丙烯(PP)及聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料的物理力学性能。结果表明,相对于硅藻土,辉沸石改性的PA6基调湿材料具有吸湿速率快、放湿率高的特点,当辉沸石质量分数为16%时,复合材料24 h放吸比可达70%,辉沸石粒径对材料的调湿性能无影响。辉沸石对PA6和PP有显著的增刚作用,且明显提升了PA6的耐热性并能显著降低PA6的模塑收缩率;质量分数为15%的辉沸石可使PP断裂伸长率提升8.2%,但在提升耐热性和降低模塑收缩率方面的作用有限,当辉沸石的质量分数达到20%时,PP/辉沸石复合材料的密度超过1 g/cm3;质量分数为10%的辉沸石可使PVC的邵氏硬度提升21%,同时辉沸石也能明显降低PVC的模塑收缩率。Nylon 6(PA6)based humidity-controlling materials were prepared by adding stilbite as a filler to PA6.The humidity-controlling properties of stilbite and diatomite modified PA6 based humidity-controlling materials were compared,and the 24 h desorption/absorption ratio of the two materials was tested(24 h desorption/absorption ratio is the ratio of the 24 h moisture desorption ratio under 50%RH conditions to the 24 h moisture absorption ratio under 75%RH conditions).The physical and mechanical properties of PA6,polypropylene(PP)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composites modified by stilbite with different contents were tested.The results show that,compared with diatomite,the stilbite midofied PA6 based humidity-controlling material has the characteristics of fast moisture absorption rate and high moisture desorption ratio.When the content of stilbite is 16 wt%,the 24 h desorption/absorption ratio of the material can reach 70%.The particle size of stilbite has no effect on the humidity-controlling performance of the material.Stilbite has a significant stiffening effect on PA6 and PP,significantly improves the heat resistance of PA6 and reduces the molding shrinkage of PA6.The stilbite with 15 wt%can improve the elongation at break of PP by 8.2%,but its role in improving heat resistance and reducing molding shrinkage is limited.When the content of stilbite reaches 20 wt%,the density of PP/stilbite composite exceeds 1 g/cm3.The stilbite with 10 wt%can increase the Shore hardness of PVC by 21%,and the addition of stilbite can also significantly reduce the molding shrinkage of PVC.
