摘 要:运动行为调控的神经机制是目前脑科学研究的热点。为了探究哪些核团在侧向移动行为调控中发挥重要作用,研究构建了鸽子被动侧向移动行为训练范式,并通过c-fos免疫组化方法确定了参与被动侧向移动的神经核团,之后对选定的参与度较高的端脑外侧隔核进行电刺激验证。外侧隔核位于鸽子喙部端脑靠近中缝的区域,呈扁椭圆形,其空间位置为AP:7.25~9.75 mm,ML:0~1.50 mm,D:4.00~7.00 mm。电刺激外侧隔核会诱导鸽子出现稳定的同侧侧移行为,在电刺激强度为0.7 mA时,侧移行为动作幅度最大,且响应率为100%。In recent years,the neuromechanisms in the motor behavior regulation has become a hot topic in brain science.In order to identify which nuclei could play an important role in the regulation of lateral movement behavior,it was constructed a pigeon passive lateral movement behavior training paradigm,and further identified the neural nuclei involved in passive lateral movement through c-fos immunohistochemistry.Electrical stimulation was performed on the lateral septal nuclei of the telencephalon.The lateral septal nucleus was located in the area near the raphe of the rostral telencephalon in pigeon,as a flat oval shape,and located in AP:7.25~9.75 mm,ML:0~1.50 mm,D:4.00~7.00 mm.Electrical stimulation of the lateral septal nucleus induced stable ipsilateral lateral movement in pigeons.The lateral movement was the largest and the response rate was 100%in a stimulation of 0.7 mA.
