急性肾损伤伴草酸盐沉积1例

摘　　要：48岁女性患者,因“乏力、纳差1周,少尿2 d”入院,饮酒后出现血尿、蛋白尿、白细胞尿、少尿、肾功能不全,行肾活检病理示急性肾小管-间质损伤、草酸盐肾病,经糖皮质激素免疫抑制、临时血液透析、补液水化及对症治疗后,尿量恢复,血尿、蛋白尿转阴,肾功能恢复正常。A female patient,age 48 years,was admitted to our hospital due to"fatigue and anorexia for one week and oliguria for two days".After drinking alcohol,she presented hematuria,proteinuria,leukocyturia,oliguria,and renal insufficiency.According to renal biopsy,acute renal tubule-interstitial injury and oxalate nephropathy were detected.She was then treated with glucocorticoid immunosuppressive agents,and received temporary hemodialysis,fluid hydration and symptomatic treatment.Then,her urine output was recovered,hematuria and proteinuria turned negative,and renal function returned to normal.
