摘  要:推拉式酸洗机组因工艺设备配置不同,生产方式、生产速度、过程控制、质量检查等与常规连续酸洗机组有显著差异。结合梅钢推拉式酸洗机组投产以来运行实绩以及生产管理经验,对推拉式酸洗技术特点以及生产过程中出现的质量问题产生原因作了分析,并总结了针对性改进措施。结果表明,软钢腰折缺陷、板形缺陷改善能力与连续酸洗机组存在明显差距,需做好用户用途识别。腰折、黄斑、辊印缺陷经持续攻关后已取得显著改善。The push-pull pickling unit is significantly different from the conventional continuous pickling unit in production mode,production speed,process control and quality inspection due to different process equipment configuration.Combined with the operation performance and production management experience of the push-pull pickling unit in Meigang since it was put into operation,the technical characteristics of push-pull pickling and the causes of quality problems in the production process were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were summarized.The results show that the stretcher strain of low carbon steel and warping defects control ability are significantly different from continuous pickling line,so the user end-use identification is required.Stretcher strain、rusty stain and roll printing defects have been significantly improved after continuous research.
