摘  要:430铁素体不锈钢冷轧板在精整过程中,存在沿纵向分布的条痕缺陷。通过对光亮板表面的条痕缺陷进行金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析,确定该条痕缺陷是由板坯中间裂纹及裂纹附近的偏析所致。研究并制定相应的工艺改进措施,有效解决了影响430光亮板表面质量的条痕缺陷。During the finishing process of 430 ferritic stainless steel cold-rolled sheets,there are stripe defects distributed along the longitudinal direction.Through metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis of the stripe defect on the surface of a bright plate,it was determined that the stripe defect was caused by the intermediate crack and segregation near the crack in the slab.The corresponding process improvement measures were studied and formulated,and the striations defects affecting the surface quality of 430 bright plate were solved effectively.
