摘 要:介绍了轧钢厂盐酸洗废液回收盐酸工艺流程。针对盐酸回收过程中产生大量的含酸尾气,采用chemCAD模拟软件对尾气洗涤工艺进行模拟,K值模型采用PPAQ模型,H值模型采用SRK模型。通过分析循环洗涤量、除盐水量、操作温度对尾气中HCl含量模拟结果的影响,进行了工艺优化,优化后含酸尾气净化后HCl含量由240mg/m^(3)降到3.64mg/m^(3),低于国家新规标准,而且省去了除盐水用量。The technological process of recovering hydrochloric acid from waste pickling liquor in rolling mill is introduced.In view of the large amount of acid-containing tail gas produced in the process of hydrochloric acid recovery,the tail gas washing process was simulated by chemCAD simulation software.The K value model adopts the PPAQ model,and the H value model adopts the SRK model.By analyzing the influence of circulating washing amount,desalting water amount and operating temperature on the simulation results of HCl content in tail gas,the process is optimized.After optimization,the HCl content of acid-containing tail gas is reduced from^(2)40 mg/m^(3) to 3.64 mg/m^(3),which is lower than the new national standard,and the amount of desalting water is omitted.
