数字资本主义时代的劳动异化:现实表征、生成机理与破解路径

摘　　要：数字劳动是数字化时代全新的劳动范式,然而数字劳动在表明劳动层次跃升的同时,也在数字资本主义的劳资关系重构中演变出以劳动数据商品化、剥削过程隐蔽化、劳动自觉迷失化、主体关系对立化为表征的劳动异化。从异化劳动视域出发,发现数字劳动异化生成于资本与技术的嵌合,受控于数字资本权力统摄的平台资本,掩盖于消费文化的景观霸权,迷失于新自由主义思潮的虚假幻象。基于此,提出数字劳动异化的破解路径在于:重构数字技术应用的价值取向,构建以人为本的技术价值观;从技术反噬回归技术反哺,推动数字技术为经济发展赋能;破除数据资本权力意识形态幻象,唤醒数字劳动者的主体意识。未来应通过打造技术与人本耦合的新逻辑,推动“人向自我”的全面复归,发展以人民为中心的数字经济。Digital labor is a new labor paradigm in the digital era.While digital labor represents the leap of labor level,it also evolves into a labor alienation characterized by the commercialization of labor data,the concealment of the exploitation process,the conscious loss of labor,and the antagonism of subject relations in the reconstruction of labor relations in digital capitalism.From the perspective of alienated labor,it is found that the alienation of digital labor is generated from the mosaicism of capital and technology,controlled by the power of digital capital,concealed by the landscape hegemony of consumer culture,and lost in the false ilusion of neoliberalism.To this end,this paper proposes the cracking path of digital labor alienation.The first is to reconstruct the value orientation of digital technology application and build people-oriented technical values;the second is to return the technology from biting to feeding,promote the digital technology to empower economic development;the third is to break the ideological illusion of data capital power and awaken the subjective consciousness of digital workers.In the future,by creating a new logic of coupling technology and humanism,we can promote the comprehensive return of“man to the true self”and develop a people-centered digital economy.
