摘　　要：创新创业教育作为学生就业能力培养的一个有机组成部分,是建设创新型国家的必然要求,也是提高人才供给适应性的应然之为,更是院校治理现代化的当然选择。高质量就业背景下,要解决创新创业教育在内涵认识、师资建设、平台完善、育人效果等方面的问题,更好发挥创新创业教育的引领作用,需要科学认识双创教育的本质,构建有力有效的双创师资团队,搭建功能完备、资源整合的育人平台,推进科学的双创治理过程,从而实现高质量就业的目标。As an organic component of the cultivation of students'employ ability,innovation and entrepreneurship education is an inevitable requirement for building an innovative country,a natural way to improve the adaptability of talent supply,and a natural choice for the modernization of university governance.In the context of high-quality employment,in order to solve the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in terms of connotation understanding,teacher construction,platform improvement,and education effect,and better play the leading role of innovation and entrepreneurship education,it is necessary to scientifically understand the nature of innovation and entrepreneurship education,build a powerful and effective team of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,build a platform for education with complete functions and integrated resources,and promote the scientific process of innovation and entrepreneurship governance,so as to achieve the goal of high-quality employment.
