摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对23个苦豆子天然群体子代家系植株地上部分(茎、叶)中的生物总碱以及5种生物碱单体(槐定碱、槐果碱、苦参碱、苦豆碱、氧化苦参碱)的含量进行了测定分析,结果显示:23个子代家系植株间的生物总碱及5种生物碱单体含量均有极显著差异(P<0.01);其中,生物总碱含量的均值为27.42 mg·g^(-1),变化范围为13.88~50.83 mg·g^(-1);5种生物碱单体的含量范围为0.0101~6.5932 mg·g^(-1),均值大小为:苦豆碱(3.6603 mg·g^(-1))>苦参碱(1.9303 mg·g^(-1))>氧化苦参碱(1.4124 mg·g^(-1))>槐果碱(0.2582 mg·g^(-1))>槐定碱(0.1278 mg·g^(-1));来自内蒙古乌海市(WH)的天然苦豆子群体子代家系中生物总碱以及苦豆碱等生物碱单体含量均较高。By use of high performance liquid chromatography,the content of the total alkaloids and five alkaloid monomers(sophoridine,sophocarpine,matrine,oxymatrine and aloperine)in the stems and leaves from different progenies of 23 natural populations of Sophora alopecuroides were measured and analyzed.The results showed that there were very significant differences in the content of the total alkaloids and five alkaloid monomers among different progenies from 23 natural populations.The content of the total alkaloids ranged from 13.88 mg·g^(-1) to 50.83 mg·g^(-1),with a mean value of 27.42 mg·g^(-1).The content of five alkaloid monomers ranged from 0.0101 mg·g^(-1) to 6.5932 mg·g^(-1),the order of the mean value was aloperine(3.6603 mg·g^(-1))>matrine(1.9303 mg·g^(-1))>oxymatrine(1.4124 mg·g^(-1))>sophocarpine(0.2582 mg·g^(-1))>sophoridine(0.1278 mg·g^(-1)).The content of the total alkaloids and alkaloid monomers of progeny of natural populations from Wuhai were higher than the others.
