高等教育规模扩张背景下大学生就业路径探析

摘　　要：在高等教育规模扩张的背景下,提升大学生就业质量、保障大学生顺利就业对于缓解社会就业压力、提升高等教育质量、落实高校教书育人根本任务具有重要的现实意义。然而,大学生就业现状中仍存在着一些无法契合高等教育规模扩张的问题。为此,应严格规范高校招生标准,实现高等教育内涵式发展,同时要加强就业指导、以社会需求为导向调整高校专业结构、立足社会发展实际优化顶岗实习,以此提升大学生就业质量。Under the social background of scale expansion of higher education,improving the employment quality of college students and ensuring their smooth employment have much significance for alleviating the pressure of social employment,improving the quality of higher education,and implementing the fundamental task of teaching and educating people in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems in college students*employment that cannot fit in with the era background of scale expansion of higher education.Therefore,colleges and universities should have strict enrollment standards,achieve intension development,and at the same time,strengthen employment guidance,adjust the professional structure based on social needs,and optimize internship based on social development,so as to improve the employment quality of college students.
