摘 要:飞机操纵钢索张力测量中,采用不同类型钢索张力计测量会造成不确定度和稳定性差异,故其应用和校准也应当遵循一定的原则。通过对国内外不同型号的钢索张力计进行校准试验,计算相应测量不确定度和稳定性,综合分析得出钢索张力计的选型原则、适宜的校准周期和测量次数,保证不同型号的钢索张力计被正确使用和校准,使得飞机操纵钢索的张力始终处于安全状态。In the measurement of aircraft handling cable tension,the uncertainty and stability of different types of cable tensiometers vary greatly,so their application and calibration should also follow certain principles.In this paper,through the calibration test of different types of cable tensiometers from both at home and abroad,the corresponding measurement uncertainty and stability are calculated,and the selection principle of cable tensiometers,appropriate calibration cycle and measurement times are obtained through comprehensive analysis,to ensure that different types of cable tensiometers are correctly used and calibrated,and the tension of the aircraft handling cable is always in a safe state.
