初探廉租房建设中的集装箱再设计

摘　　要：由于低收入群体的存在以及高房价、土地资源稀缺等问题,使得住房问题成为当今中国社会关注度最高的问题,“廉租房”则在一定程度上缓解了贫困户的住房问题,目前,集装箱在建筑空间中的改造设计也在迅速增加,轻便的材质、合理的空间布局既为人们的生活带来更多舒适感,也可缓解城市人口压力带来的居住问题、提高低收入者的生活质量。集装箱式住房空间是基于集装箱作为运输工具时因使用寿命短而容易被作为废品丢弃的特性,能够让许多废旧集装箱再次被利用在公共建筑以及住房空间运用中,给人们的生活带来更有趣的艺术空间。如何用废旧的集装箱建设廉租房中正是本文主要论证的内容。Due to the existence of low-income groups,high housing prices,scarcity of land resources and other problems,the housing problem gains greatest attention in China today.MLow-rent house0 alleviates the housing problem of poor households to a certain extent.At present,the transformation design of containers in the building space also increases rapidly.Lightweight materials and reasonable spatial layout of containers can not only bring more comfort to people's lives,but also alleviate the housing problems caused by urban population pressure and improve the life quality of low-income people.Container housing space is based on the characteristics that containers are easy to be discarded as waste due to their short lifespan when they are used as transportation tools.It enables many waste containers to be reused in public buildings and housing space,bringing more interesting art space to people's lives.The main content of this paper is how to use waste containers to build low-cost house.
