摘 要:为探索清香木种子最适发芽方法,采用不同发芽温度、不同初始浸种水温、不同贮藏期、不同浓度赤霉素、不同贮藏期、不同发芽方法对比试验其对清香木发芽率的影响。结果表明:清香木种子发芽最适宜温度为25℃;室温水浸种发芽率高且利于日常播种育苗所需;清香木种子随采随播发芽率最高,贮藏期越长,种子发芽萌动越慢,发芽率越低;赤霉素浓度为100×10^(-6)发芽率最高;与低温层积、暖温沙床相比,使用100×10^(-6)赤霉素浸泡的清香木种子,能够有效提升种子发芽率,随着贮藏时间的后移,其效果越明显。该研究可为生产实践中清香木采收贮备、检验和田间播种提供技术参考。In order to explore the optimal germination method of Pistacia weinmannifolia seeds,the effects of different germination temperature,different initial soaking water temperature,different storage period,different concentration of gibberellin,different storage period and different germination methods on the germination rate of Pistacia weinmannifolia seeds were studied.The results show that 25℃was the optimum temperature for seed germination.The germination rate of seeds soaked in water at room temperature was high and it was suitable for daily seeding and seedling cultivation.The germination rate was the highest with picking and sowing.The longer the storage period,the slower the germination and the lower the germination rate.The germination rate was the highest when the concentration of gibberellin was 100×10^(-6).Compared with low temperature stratification and warm sand bed,100×10^(-6) gibberellin soaked seed of Pistacia weinmannifolia could effectively improve seed germination rate,and the effect became more obvious with the delay of storage time.The study can provide technical support for the seedling rearing of Pistacia weinmannifolia in production practice.
