摘 要:为研究不同处理方式对楸树扦插繁殖的影响,设置基质和生根剂2个处理因素,基质设置3个水平,分别为珍珠岩∶园土=1∶1(S1)、草炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1(S2)、50%珍珠岩+50%蛭石(S3),生根剂设置2个水平,分别为NAA(R1)和ABT1(R2),研究了楸树生根特性、贮藏物质和酶活性的变化特征。结果表明:ABT1处理的插穗成活率、生根率、生根条数、平均根长以及可溶性糖含量、SOD、POD和PPO活性均高于NAA处理,在同一生根剂处理下,50%珍珠岩+50%蛭石的生根性状和抗氧化酶活性最高,因此,50%珍珠岩+50%蛭石和ABT1组合的楸树成活率最高,生根效果最好,是较适合楸树扦插的组合。In order to study the effects of different treatment methods on the cutting propagation of Catalpa bungei,two treatment factors,namely,matrix and rooting agent,were set up,and three levels of matrix were set up,respectively,perlite:garden soil=1∶1(S1)and peat:perlite=1∶1(S2)and 50%perlite+50%vermiculite(S3),and two levels of rooting agent were set up,respectively,NAA(R1)and ABT1(R2),to study the change characteristics of rooting characteristics,storage substances and enzyme activities of Catalpa bungei.The results showed that the survival rate,rooting rate,rooting number,average root length,soluble sugar content,SOD,POD and PPO activities of ABT1 treatment were higher than those of NAA treatment.Under the same rooting agent treatment,the rooting properties and antioxidant enzyme activities of 50%perlite+50%vermiculite were the highest.Therefore,the combination of 50%perlite+50%vermiculite and ABT1 had the highest survival rate and the best rooting effect,which was more suitable for the cutting of Catalpa bungei.
