摘　　要：随着共享经济的兴起和乡村振兴战略的持续推进,国内乡村民宿呈现蓬勃发展状态。以江西省为研究区域,以去哪儿平台乡村民宿数据为研究对象,运用最邻近指数分析、核密度分析等分析方法,研究江西省乡村民宿的空间分布特征,并基于地理探测器探测影响乡村民宿空间分布的主要因素,得出以下结论:1、江西省乡村民宿呈聚集分布特点;2、江西省乡村民宿呈多核心点状分布,单核心聚集收拢,东北至西南递减的分布格局;3、基于对自然环境、经济基础、社会条件和旅游因素4个方面13个因子的影响因素分析,发现3A级及以上景区数量(0.93)、农村居民可支配收入(0.89)、常住人口数量(0.88)、城镇居民可支配收入(0.78)、城镇化率(0.77)q值排列前五,为影响力最高的五个因子。With the rise of the sharing economy and the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,domestic rural B&Bs show a vigorous development state.In this paper,Jiangxi Province is taken as the research area,the rural B&Bs data of Qunar platform is taken as the research object,and the nearest neighbor index analysis,nuclear density analysis and other analysis methods are used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of rural B&Bs in Jiangxi Province.Based on the detection of the main factors affecting the spatial distribution of rural B&Bs by geographical detector,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The characteristics of rural B&Bs in Jiangxi Province are clustered.2.Rural B&Bs in Jiangxi Province showed a multi-core point distribution,with single core gathering and decreasing from northeast to southwest.3.Based on the analysis of 13 influencing factors in 4 aspects including natural environment,economic basis,social conditions and tourism factors,It is found that the number of 3A scenic spots and above(0.93),the disposable income of rural residents(0.89),the number of permanent residents(0.88),the disposable income of urban residents(0.78),and the urbanization rate(0.77)rank the top five q values,which are the five factors with the highest influence.
