河南黄河文化旅游带高质量建设路径研究

摘　　要：黄河文化源远流长、意义深远,保护传承弘扬黄河文化,已成为一项重大的国家战略。打造具有国际影响力的黄河文化旅游带,对传承黄河文化、促进沿黄各地区发展具有重要意义。河南省作为黄河流经的重要区域,地理位置优越、文化旅游资源丰富,为黄河文化旅游带高质量建设提供了良好的外部条件。基于此,运用SWOT-PEST分析方法,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个层面对河南黄河文化旅游的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁进行矩阵分析,指出其现存问题,并将新发展理念贯彻落实于河南黄河文化旅游带高质量建设路径中,据此提出了“创新”驱动黄河文旅精品项目开发、构建优秀示范区“协调”带动旅游带、坚持“绿色”优先,实现可持续发展、“开放”合作交流,赋能文化包容性、旅游增权构建“主客共享”发展模式等对策建议,便于河南各地积极采取、加快落实这五大发展路径,以促进当地黄河文化传播、推动黄河文化旅游高质量发展。The Yellow River culture has a long history and far-reaching significance.It has become an important national strategy to protect,inherit and carry forward the Yellow River culture.To build the Yellow River cultural tourism belt with international influence is of great significance for inheriting the Yellow River culture and promoting the development of regions along the Yellow River.As an important area where the Yellow River flows through,Henan Province has superior geographical location and rich cultural tourism resources,which provides good external conditions for the high-quality construction of the Yellow River cultural tourism belt.Based on this,this study uses SWOT-PEST analysis method to make a matrix analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Henan Yellow River cultural tourism from the political,economic,social and technical levels,points out its existing problems,and implements the new development concept into the high-quality construction path of Henan Yellow River cultural tourism belt.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as"innovation"driving the development of the Yellow River Cultural tourism quality projects,building excellent demonstration areas and"coordination"driving tourism belts,adhering to"green"priority,realizing sustainable development,"open"cooperation and exchange,enabling cultural inclusiveness and tourism empowerment and building the development mode of"host and guest sharing",so as to facilitate all parts of Henan to actively adopt and accelerate the implementation of these five development paths.Therefore,the dissemination of local Yellow River culture and the high-quality development of Yellow River cultural tourism can be promoted.
