摘  要:研究旨在探讨木薯渣与不同蛋白质饲料原料的组合效应(associative effect, AE),优化组合效果。试验采用两因素试验设计,使用体外产气法分别对精粗比为1:9、3:7、5:5的木薯渣与豆粕、棉粕、菜粕、DDGS组合进行体外瘤胃发酵培养,监测体外培养0、2、4、8、12、24、36、48、72 h后的累积产气量(GP)和72 h后发酵液的可消化有机物(DOM)、氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)、微生物蛋白(MCP)及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量等指标,并计算各组合的组合效应。结果表明,精粗比为3:7的木薯渣-棉粕组的总VFA,精粗比为3:7、5:5的木薯渣-菜粕组DOM和代谢能(ME)及精粗比为3:7的木薯渣-DDGS组的MCP和NH_(3)-N的组合效应显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。以GP_(72)、ME、DOM和总VFA的组合效应及综合组合效应值(Synthetical AE)为衡量指标,精粗比为3:7、5:5的木薯渣-菜粕组合的正组合效应最大。综上所述,本试验条件下精粗比分别为3:7、5:5木薯渣-菜粕组瘤胃发酵效率最高,为最优的搭配组合。The purpose of this study was to explore the associative effect(AE)of combinations of cassava residue and soybean meal,cottonseed meal,rape⁃seed meal,and DDGS(CRSM,CRCM,CRRM,CRDD)respectively,so as to find the optimal com⁃bination.The two-factor experimental design and the gas production method were used for in vitro rumen fermentation.The cumulative gas produc⁃tion(GP)after 0,2,4,8,12,24,36,48,72 h in vitro culture and the digestible organic matter disap⁃pearance rate(DOM),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),microbial crude protein(MCP),volatile fatty acid(VFA)after 72 h in vitro culture were measured,and the AEs of combinations were calculated.The re⁃sults showed that the AEs of total VFA in CRCM with a concentrate to forage ratio of 3:7,DOM and ME in CRRM with a concentrate to forage ratio of 3:7 and 3:5,and MCP and NH_(3)-N in CRDD with a concentrate to forage ratio of 3:7 were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).Taking the AEs of GP_(72),ME,DOM and VFA,and the synthetical AEs as the measurement index,the CRRM with the ratio of concentrate to roughage of 3:7 and 5:5 had the largest positive AEs.To sum up,under the experimental conditions,cassava residue and rapeseed meal combination with feed concentrate to course ratio of 3:7 and 5:5 are recommended in terms of in vitro rumen fermentation efficiency and associative effects.
