摘  要:试验通过对聚乳酸副产乳酸进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验和30 d饲养试验,评价聚乳酸副产乳酸的饲用安全性。急性经口毒性试验:将60只ICR小鼠分为1个对照组和5个试验组,雌雄各半,对照组灌胃纯化水,试验组灌胃累积剂量分别为1.01、1.56、2.40、3.69、5.68 g/kg BW,14 d后测出聚乳酸副产乳酸半数致死量(LD_(50))。30 d饲养试验:将64只ICR小鼠分为1个对照组和低(1.57 g/kg BW)、中(2.46 g/kg BW)、高(3.86 g/kg BW)3个试验组(饮水添加聚乳酸副产乳酸),雌雄分笼饲养。于第30 d,分别测定小鼠体重、血液生理、生化、小肠发育以及肝脏组织变化情况。结果表明:(1)急性经品毒性试验中,聚乳酸副产乳酸的LD_(50)为3.96 g/kg BW,95%的可信范围为2.79~5.61 g/kg BW,属低毒级。(2)饮水添加聚乳酸副产乳酸30 d的饲养试验中,与对照组相比:①各试验组小鼠体重和血液生理指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。②高剂量组雌鼠血液总蛋白(TP)显著降低(P<0.05),雄鼠血液谷丙转氨酶(ALT)显著升高(P<0.05)、总蛋白(TP)显著降低(P<0.05)。③中剂量组雌鼠空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度极显著降低(P<0.01)。高剂量组雌鼠十二指肠绒毛高度极显著降低(P<0.01)、十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度极显著降低(P<0.01);雄鼠空肠绒毛高度极显著降低(P<0.01)。④中剂量组雌、雄小鼠肝索较紊乱,雄鼠肝血窦增加;高剂量组雌鼠枯否细胞增多、双核细胞数量增加,雄鼠肝小叶边界明显、双核细胞数量增加。说明聚乳酸副产乳酸毒性低,饲用安全性高,低浓度的聚乳酸副产乳酸能够应用于饲料生产。The safety of lactic acid as a by-product of polylactic acid was evaluated in mice acute oral toxicity test and 30-day feeding test.Acute oral toxicity test:60 ICR mice were divided into one control group and five test groups,Half of the males and half of the females,and the control group was gavaged with distilled water,while the test groups were gavaged with cumulative doses of 1.01,1.56,2.40,3.69 and 5.68 g/kg BW.30-day feeding test:64 ICR mice were divided into one control group and three test groups:low(1.57 g/kg BW),medium(2.46 g/kg BW)and high(3.86 g/kg BW),and the males and females were housed in separate cages.lactic acid as a by-product of polylactic acid was added to the drinking water.On day 30,the body weight,blood physiology,blood biochemistry,small intestine development and liver tissue changes were measured.The results showed that:(1)the LD_(50) of lactic acid as a byproduct of polylactic acid was 3.96 g/kg BW,and 95%confidence interval was 2.79-5.61 g/kg BW,it is of low toxicity class.(2)After 30 days of lac⁃tic acid as a by-product of polylactic acid supple⁃mentation,compared to the control group:①There was no significant difference in body weight and blood physiological indexes among the test groups(P>0.05).②In the high dose group,total protein(TP)in the blood of female mice was significantly re⁃duced(P<0.05),while glutathione aminotransferase(ALT)and total protein(TP)in the blood of male mice were significantly increased(P<0.05)and reduced(P<0.05).③The jejunum villus height and villus height/crypt depth of female mice in the middle dose group were significantly reduced(P<0.01).In the high dose group,the duodenum villus height(P<0.01)and villus height/crypt depth(P<0.05)were significantly re⁃duced,and jejunum villus height and villus height/crypt depth were significant reduced(P<0.01)in female mice,the jejunum villus height(P<0.01)and villus height/crypt depth(P<0.05)were significantly reduced in male mice.④The hepatic cords of female and male mice in the middle dose group were
