大型体育赛事对城市交通的影响分析及应对策略

摘　　要：赛事期间的交通出行包括赛事交通和与赛事无关的城市交通(也称社会面交通)2个方面.以往研究大多集中在赛事场馆周边区域交通影响评价方面,本文综合考虑赛事交通和社会交通,结合往届赛事数据,从交通出行OD分布、出行时间规律等角度分析了大型体育赛事各利益相关方交通出行特点;以经验类比法和模型法为基础,提出了一种大型体育赛事活动对城市交通的多层次影响指标体系和关键指标阈值判断方法,可将赛事对城市交通的影响范围和程度进行预判;基于交通影响的分析结果,提出了大型赛事活动交通领域的应对原则、策略和保障措施建议.研究成果在大型赛事的筹办阶段综合分析赛事交通对城市交通影响识别方面具有普适性和实用性,同时可使应对措施的制定更有针对性.Transportation during the event includes two aspects:event transportation and urban transportation(also known as social transportation).Different from the previous studies,this paper comprehensively considered the event traffic and social traffic,while most of the previous studies focused on the traffic impact assessment of the area around the event venues.On the basis of the data of previous events,this paper analyzes the characteristics of transportation of all stakeholders in large-scale sports events from the perspective of OD distribution and travel time rule;Based on the empirical analogy method and model method,this paper puts forward a multi-level impact index system impact analysis method and key index threshold judgment method of large-scale sports events on urban transportation,which can accurately predict the scope and extent of the impact;According to the results of the impact analysis,this paper puts forward the principles,strategies and countermeasures to deal with large-scale events.The results have good universality and practicability for the preparation of large-scale events,which can make the identification of the impact of events on urban transport more accurate and the formulation of countermeasures more targeted.
