摘 要:采动卸压瓦斯地面井抽采是煤矿瓦斯治理的有效方法,为了优化卸压瓦斯地面井井位,利用数值模拟方法分析煤层采动卸压条件下上覆岩层的裂隙发育、应力及位移变化,并由此得出了井位部署有利区域。结果表明,煤层采动后,上覆岩层逐渐下沉、垮落,在采空区四周裂隙发育,中部重新压实,剖面上的覆岩裂隙呈现为梯形,裂隙发育区应力释放,在重新压实区应力恢复。沿倾向剖面,水平位移的形态近似为“M”形,垂向位移的形态近似为“U”形。卸压瓦斯地面井适宜布置在沿倾向方向工作面两侧裂隙区内,距巷道40 m左右的区域内是有利部署井位,终孔位置在距煤层底板42 m以上比较合适。Surface well drainage of pressure relief gas in mining area is an effective method of gas governance in coal mine.In order to optimize the pressure relief gas surface well location,3EDC numerical simulation method was used to analyze the fracture development,stress and displacement changes of overlying strata under the pressure relief condition of coal seam mining,and from this,the favorable area for well position deployment was obtained.The results show that after the coal seam is mined,the overlying strata gradually sink and collapse,cracks develop around the goaf,and the central part is re-compacted.The overburden fractures on the profile are trapezoidal,and the stress is released in the fracture zone and recovered in the re-compacted zone.Along the dip section,the shape of horizontal displacement is approximately"M",and the shape of vertical displacement is approximately"U".The pressure relief gas surface well is suitable to be arranged in the fracture area on both sides of the working face along the dip direction,the area about 40 m away from the working face roadway is a favorable deployment well location,and the final hole location is more suitable to be 42 m away from the coal floor.
