摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度不断增加,煤矿井下排水变得越来越困难,煤矿井下排水系统的可靠性对于保证煤矿安全高效生产具有重要意义。针对同忻煤矿井下排水系统存在的问题,从结构连接和排水线路角度提出了井下排水系统可靠性与节能优化方案。经现场应用表明,优化方案布局合理、功能完善,系统运行可靠、降低了工人劳动强度,每年可节省企业电费约12万元,为企业创造经济效益达640万元,具有一定的推广前景和应用价值。With the continuous increase of the mining depth of coal mines,the drainage of coal mines becomes more and more difficult.The reliability of the underground drainage system of coal mines is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.Aiming at the problems existing in the underground drainage system of Tongxin Coal Mine,this paper proposes a reliable and energy-saving optimization scheme for the underground drainage system from the perspective of structural connection and drainage line through the analysis of the underground drainage system.The on-site application shows that the optimized plan has a reasonable layout,complete functions,reliable system operation,and reduced labor intensity for workers.It can save about 120000 yuan of electricity costs for enterprises every year,and create economic benefits of 6.4 million yuan for enterprises.It has certain promotion prospects and application value.
