摘 要:受大埋深、煤层合层和分叉、火成岩侵蚀和断层等因素影响,张双楼煤矿9421切眼所处环境极其复杂,沿用邻近巷道的支护设计,无法实现安全支护。在分析各种影响因素和数值模拟计算分析的基础上,提出了“导硐掘进、分段设计、高强支护、及时减垮”的设计思路,设计和应用了各段的支护方式和参数,在高预应力、高强护表构件的高强支护,单体架棚、木垛的有力支撑作用下,改善了切眼围岩的应力状态,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,取得了较理想的支护效果。Influenced by factors such as large burial depth,coalbed combination and bifurcation,igneous rock erosion and fault,the 9421 cut in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is located in a very complex environment.It is impossible to achieve safe supporting by using supporting design of adjacent roadways.On the basis of analyzing various influencing factors and numerical simulation calculation analysis,a design concept of"guide tunnel excavation,segmented design,high-strength supporting,and timely reduction of collapse"are proposed.The supporting methods and parameters of each section are designed and applied.Under the strong supporting of high prestressed and high-strength surface protection components,single shed,and wooden piles,the stress state of the cut hole surrounding rock are improved,and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled,to achieve ideal support effect.
