摘 要:长春兴煤矿西翼运输大巷回风绕道与运料绕道交叉点处支护断面大、顶板稳定性差,导致交叉点处顶板下沉严重且出现破碎现象。基于此,长春兴煤矿决定对交叉点处顶板采取“恒阻让压锚索,梯形梁棚,卸压钻孔”联合支护技术,并进行了现场应用。应用效果表明,采取联合支护技术有效控制了交叉点顶板下沉、变形现象,保证了巷道安全快速掘进,应用成效显著。The supporting section at the intersection of the return air bypass and material transportation bypass in the west wing of Changchunxing Coal Mine is large,and the stability of the roof is poor,resulting in severe subsidence and fragmentation of the roof at the intersection.Based on this,Changchunxing Coal Mine has decided to adopt a combined support technology of"constant resistance release anchor cable,trapezoidal beam shed,and pressure relief drilling"for the roof at the intersection,and has carried out on-site application.The application effect shows that the adoption of combined support technology effectively controls the subsidence and deformation of the roof at the intersection,ensuring the safe and rapid excavation of the tunnel,and the application effect is significant.
