保温隔热技术在高层住宅建筑外墙中的应用

摘　　要：随着城市化率的提升与经济社会的发展,定居城市的人口数量激增,城市对高层住宅的需求不断增加,对于高层住宅建筑质量和施工技术的要求越来越高。建筑外墙保温和隔热与住宅整体保温隔热效果直接相关,对高层住宅十分重要。当前,中国建筑外墙保温隔热技术的研究和应用起步较晚,依旧存在较多问题,有待进一步改进与提升。对此,需要充分了解和分析建筑外墙保温隔热技术类别和施工要点,选择科学的保温隔热技术,在节能环保的前提下,最大限度提升建筑的舒适性,推动高层住宅建筑外墙保温隔热材料和技术迅速发展。With the urbanization and economic development of the society,the number of people living in cities has surged,and there is an increasing demand for high-rise residential buildings with better quality.The thermal insulation of exterior walls is very important,but the research and application of thermal insulation technology in China started late,and there are still many problems to be solved.In this regard,it is necessary to fully understand the categories of thermal insulation technology and the construction points of exterior wall,so as to select scientific thermal insulation technology,maximize the comfort of the building under the premise of energy conservation and environmental protection.
