摘　　要：本文介绍了安钢二炼轧厂热态钢包运行的管理方法,主要通过对热态钢包在连铸浇注结束至再次使用的时间长度及钢包清理后钢包内的钢渣量界定钢包属性类别,并形成规范的代码,各岗位操作人员根据钢包属性类别代码获知钢包温度属性信息,进而指导各工序操作人员根据钢包属性类别进行合适的钢水温度调整,可做到更好的服务于钢水冶炼与顺行,方法简单,效果显著。This article introduces the management method for hot ladle operation in the No.2 Steelmaking and Rolling Plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,mainly by defining the ladle category based on the length of time from the end of continuous casting to reuse of the hot ladle and the amount of steel slag in the ladle after ladle cleaning,and forming a standardized code.Operators at various posts obtain the ladle temperature attribute information based on the ladle category code,To guide the operators of each process to adjust the temperature of molten steel according to the category of the ladle,it can better serve the smelting and smooth operation of molten steel.The method is simple and the effect is significant.
