摘 要:耐热容器钢板主要服役于高温高压环境下,因其高温性能稳定常被用于热电和热工等行业中。近年来随着能源结构的变化,化工衍生产品多样化的要求,急速温度变化的工况常有发生,而以此带来的设备故障率逐年增加;针对此种情况本文重点研究的耐热容器钢板A204GrB,不仅在高温环境下具有较高的强度,在冲击温度到达-20℃时仍能保持冲击吸收能量均值≥70 J;钢板厚度1/4处和厚度1/2处性能相差较小,保证钢板厚度方向组织和性能均匀,稳定。Heat resistant steel plate is mainly used in high temperature and high pressure environment,because of its stable high temperature performance is often used in the thermal-electric and thermal industry.In recent years,with the change of energy structure and the requirement of diversification of chemical derivative products,rapid temperature changes often occur,and the equipment failure rate increases year by year.In view of this situation,the heat resistant container steel plate A204GrB,which is mainly studied in this paper,not only has high strength in high temperature environment,but can still maintain the average impact absorbed energy≥70 J,when the impact temperature reaches-20℃.The performance difference between 1/4 thickness and 1/2 thickness of steel plate is small,to ensure uniform and stable structure and performance of steel plate along thickness direction.
